01 Business Audit
A paid diagnostic that scores how ready your business is to grow and names the three gaps costing you the most.
Business design studio · San Francisco
You don't need another logo. You need your business to look, operate and grow like the company you're building toward. We diagnose where you're losing ground, design the plan, and build it with you — brand, technology and systems, end to end.
The difference
The gap between what your business is today and what it could be — that's what quietly costs you customers, capital and the price you deserve to charge. We measure it, design the plan to close it, and build it with you.
How we work
A clear path from diagnosis to growth. Each step earns the next — and not every business needs all four. We start by being honest about what you actually need.

02 Growth Plan
The transformation roadmap the Audit points to — brand direction, what we build, in what order, and why.

We stay on as your operating brain — running growth with you, month over month.
Most clients start with a Business Audit. It tells you — honestly — whether you need a brand refresh, a few systems, or a full transformation. No overselling: if a logo is all you need, that's what we'll tell you. The Audit decides the path; everything else is built on what it finds.

A paid diagnostic that measures how ready your business is to grow — and tells you, in plain business language, the three gaps costing you the most. It's how we make sure you only build what you actually need.
What we measure — the Trust Score™
Does it look as trustworthy and premium as it needs to be to charge what it's worth?
Can people find it, trust it, and buy from it online?
Does the business run without the owner touching everything?
Is there an engine that brings in and keeps customers, predictably?
Proof
Not logos — outcomes. A few of the businesses we've taken to their next level.

Extreme Janitors came to us for a dated website. The real gap was identity. We rebranded, rebuilt the site on the new look, and ran social for two years — then refreshed it again to reach a tech audience. A tactical request became a multi-year partnership.

VIVAS Inc — from "Vivas Banners & Signs" to a real company. We rebranded, built the digital presence, then went deep into operations: hiring, an internal time-clock system, project management, six product catalogs, an org chart and annual goals. The operating brain behind a near-3x.

Repositioned a detail shop to premium — now the official detailer for Porsche in San Francisco.
ADS traded a whiteboard of appointments for online booking and annual memberships, with a Porsche-grade rebrand to match. Along the way we built two new business units from scratch — DIFI and IPF — brand, web and process for each.

Revenue figures reflect the period of our partnership and the owners' work and market growth alongside ours. We don't take sole credit — we help good businesses become the version of themselves that earns it.
The studio
Vertiz Studio is led by Jefferson Vertiz. He's been running businesses since he was twelve — keeping the books, the cash and the people at his mother's boutique in the Mercado Central of Piura, Perú. He founded VERTIZ Digital in 2018, and for years has been the operating brain behind businesses that doubled and tripled.
Most consultants advise but don't execute. Most designers execute but don't advise. Jeff does both — and builds the technology too: brand, web, systems and automation. That rare combination is why clients don't just get a new look; they get a bigger business.
Today he runs a ~$45K/month client pipeline end to end at VIVAS — whose best year on record came under his watch — and brings that same operating discipline to a small number of partners each quarter.
